Our Lamm Jung winery in Erbach cultivates 16 hectares of vineyards in the Rheingau, stretching from Eltville across the steep slopes from Rüdesheim to Lorch.
The focus is on the grape variety Riesling, supplemented by smaller proportions of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc.
It is important to us to practice natural viticulture - without the use of herbicides and with a lot of manual labour.
In the cellar, we use state-of-the-art technology to process the grapes gently.
All in the spirit of the wines - and you can taste it.
